Approach

How we work, in detail.

For the client who wants to understand the process before committing. No brochure language. How we select AI engineers and marketers, how we manage them from the Netherlands, and what the day-to-day looks like.

Selection

Most candidates
do not
get through.

That is not a boast. It is the constraint that makes the model work. A founder reviews every candidate before any introduction. Someone who builds and runs their own products looked at the work, asked the hard questions, and decided this person is worth their time.

Management

Run from
the Netherlands.

Founder involvement

We are a small operation by design. When something needs a judgment call, a founder makes it. Not a team lead reading from a playbook. The four people who built this are the four people running it.

Daily quality control

We maintain daily contact with everyone on active engagements. If something is going sideways, we hear about it before you have to say anything. That requires real familiarity with the work, which is why we keep our active roster deliberately focused.

One accountable contact

You have a named person who is responsible. Not a ticketing system, not a shared inbox. One person who knows the engagement and can give you a straight answer the same day.

100% CET overlap, always

Our people are in the Netherlands and Prishtina. Both run on Central European Time. Full working day overlap with the Netherlands and Germany. When you need someone on a call, they are there.

How an engagement runs

Five phases.
One continuous loop.

  1. 01

    Kickoff

We spend time understanding your context before introducing anyone. That means team structure, the real decision-makers, tools in use, and what good output looks like for an AI engineer or marketer in this specific role. The briefing conversation is the work.

  2. 02

    Embed

The person starts working. We stay close in the first weeks to make sure the context transfer went cleanly and the person has what they need to contribute from day one.

  3. 03

    Daily rhythm

Active engagements run with daily contact on our side. Not daily meetings with you, but daily awareness. We know what the person is working on, what is blocked, and what the mood is.

  4. 04

    Weekly review

Once a week we check in with you. A short honest conversation: what is working, what is not, anything that needs adjusting. Brief by design, because we prefer not to turn management into a meeting.

  5. 05

    Adjust

Engagements change. Scope shifts, priorities move, the person's role evolves. We treat that as normal and handle it without drama. If something is not working, we say so clearly and fix it.

Governance

Legal. IP. Contracts.

We keep the legal side clean and direct. Below is how the standard arrangement works. If your situation needs something different, we talk about it.

  1. 01 Contracts

Every engagement is covered by a written agreement before work starts. Scope, rate, notice periods, and what happens if either side needs to stop. We do not operate on handshakes.

  2. 02 IP ownership

Work produced during an engagement belongs to you. Stated clearly in the contract. No clauses that reassign ownership back to us or to the person doing the work.

  3. 03 Confidentiality

Standard NDA terms apply from day one. People in our network sign confidentiality agreements as part of onboarding, before they receive any client information.

  4. 04 Notice and exit

Either party can end an engagement with the notice period defined in the contract. We handle wind-down cleanly: knowledge transfer, file handover, a clear final day.

  5. 05 Jurisdiction

Innotalent is based in the Netherlands. Contracts are governed by Dutch law unless a specific situation requires otherwise.

Pricing

What we charge, and why.

We charge a fee on top of the person's rate. That fee covers the selection work, the ongoing management, and the founder attention that comes with every active engagement. No hidden costs, no per-call charges, no upsell for things that should be included.

We do not publish a rate card because every engagement is different. The discipline (AI engineering or marketing), the seniority, the duration, and the management involved all affect the number. The fee is a single agreed figure, stated in the contract before work starts.

If you want to know what an engagement would cost for your situation, talk to us. We will give you a clear answer, not a range designed to sound low and end up high.

Pricing

One fee. Agreed in writing before anyone starts working.

No retainer creep. No per-introduction billing. One number, in the contract.

See if it fits.

A founder reads every message and replies personally.
